We strive to return phone calls the same day they are received, by either the attorney or staff. We provide our clients with email access, voice mail, and during business hours we have personnel to answer the phones and take messages that may be more urgent or complicated than voice mail or email warrant. We are flexible in our hours for meeting with clients so that your legal troubles don't significantly interfere with your work and family obligations. All new clients are provided a detailed written fee agreement that outlines all the terms and conditions of the legal services provide by the attorneys at Weight Law Offices in Bellingham, Washington. We will not establish an attorney-client relationship until we are in agreement with our client on the scope and nature of the matter at hand. We accept payment by personal check, cash, or credit card and detailed billing statements are provided to every client each month.

We immediately transmit to our clients copies of all paperwork created or received in a case. For client's who prefer faster access and reduced paperwork, we scan and electronically submit such paperwork to clients who retain their file electronically.
